The team were delighted to welcome the Lord Mayor of Birmingham and the Lady Mayoress to the workshops to see the progress of the Volkswgen T4. We were also joined by Shirley Giles of the 35th Birmingham Girls Brigade and Richard Frankland from Prospex.

The team showed the Lord Mayor and Mayoress the progress on the van, which is coming along very well. At the end of the session the suspension had been finished, the wheels were refitted and it went for a test drive in the yard!

We ere also visited by the Redditch Standard, who featured the project in the latest edition of the paper (page 16 on the following link).
